Kindoo Site Dashboard
I am the Stake Kindoo manager and new to the Kindoo concept. Synchronized calling invitations were issued 5Jun26. I am trying to get familiar with the Kindoo management concepts and understand most of them, so far. There is a chart on the dashboard that I have a question on. The Account Verification chart shows accounts that are verified, and those that are not. What is the definition of an account that is not verified? Is it an email that bounced? Email address not valid? The invitee has not responded? I have not been able to find any documentation that answers that question. The Locktronics documentation regarding the Dashboard basically tells the user that the pie charts exist, but does not detail what they represent. Some are self explanatory, others, not so much. Thank you

I contacted Kindoo customer support. The were very quick with a response! Here is what they shared with me ...
Site Invitation Pie Chart
This chart consists of two categories:
- Users who have accepted the site invitation.
- Users who have not accepted the site invitation.
Account Verification Pie Chart
This chart also includes two categories:
- Users who have verified their email address by following the steps provided in the verification email.
- Users who have not yet verified their email address.
Please note that an unverified account does not necessarily mean the email is invalid. It typically indicates one of the following:
- The user has not yet attempted to log in to Kindoo, so they have not been prompted to verify their email.
- The user is not receiving emails from the Kindoo system (e.g., due to a hard bounce or the email being marked as spam). In these cases, the email address may be added to a suppression list, preventing further delivery.
User Login Pie Chart
- Users who have logged in and currently have an active session on Kindoo.
- Users who have never logged in, or whose session has expired.
User Commands Pie Chart
- Users who have attempted to access an entry point at least once using the Kindoo app.
- Users who have never attempted to access an entry point.
Users with Suspicious Device Switching
This chart includes three categories:
- Users who switch between devices frequently and have been flagged by the system as suspicious.
- Users who were flagged as suspicious but have been marked as “always resolved” by a site administrator.
- Users who were flagged as suspicious, temporarily resolved by an administrator, and later flagged again.

This chart consists of two categories:

Always a bit disappointing when you have to answer your own question, but thanks for reporting what you found!

I got involved with the Kindoo thing the 1st part of April. I gleaned some good info by perusing the Kindoo threads and comments from others. Figured the least I could do was give back a bit!
