Who has CNM access?

I read - somewhere - that callings other than the STS have access to CNM. I can't find it anywhere.

I used to be the STS, but have now been called as High Councilor over Tech. It would be very helpful for me to have CNM access as a backup to the STS. So, what callings have CNM access?

Try checking CNM Overview.

According to that page, "certain high councilors" is included, but I'm not sure how that is determined.

Yes, that was the page. How do I find out what "certain High Councilors" means. I'm sure that it needs to be an official calling (from the Handbook, not something made-up). I'm also assuming that one might be the Stake Building Rep but that's only an assumption. Our Stake does not have someone in that position at the current moment so I can't verify it.

Last I knew, LCR didn't record HC assignments, so I'm puzzled as to what they'd be using as criteria.

Stake Exec Sec has access (thought that might be covered by "stake presidency" in the list on the overview.

HC assignments aren't recorded anywhere officially (except perhaps in a spreadsheet somewhere), so my guess would be that it would be HC whose assignments are also certain callings (facilities? etc).
