Emails Rejected by Server

When I send a message to the ward via LCR, I get a return message via my personal email account saying "The recipients below were rejected by the server. Please verify their email addresses." Then below that message it lists the members' name and email address. Screenshot attached. I've spoken to those members and they confirmed that their email addresses are correct. I've also sent emails directly from my email account to them and they've gone through. One of the emails is gmail and the other is yahoo. Both these members have opted to receive emails from church leaders. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

The addresses have most likely been added to the Church's email blocklist. They're going to have to individually contact the Global Services Department and ask for their email addresses to be removed from the account level Amazon SES Suppression list for mail.churchofjesuschrist.org.

They will have to be patient because it could take a while before GSD figures things out; the last time I spoke with them they didn't really have any training on this issue so there was a lot of back and forth before it got resolved.
