I'm a stake clerk. I have processed reimbursements for $2k to various people in the stake for a stake youth activity. All of the expenses were paid already and the assigned budget category is Budget Allocations » S-YM/YW JOINT. However, when I go to my budget summary reporting, I don't see these $2k in expenses anywhere. It's not in the YM or YW accounts and no other account even has $2k of total expenses yet, so it's not sitting in any budget account that I can see. I am looking at the current year view and showing All Categories. Am I doing something wrong or have I found an infinite source of money?
Best,
Expenses missing from budget

On the ward level I am also seeing some finance things hosed by the software and/or developers. Suggest you contact the GSD for suggestions and also report the issue.

Re: Expenses missing from budget
The Budget Allocations category is not intended for normal expenses. That category is only for deposits into ward or stake budget by CHQ and the occasional transfer in or out if the stake adds to or receives back from a ward's budget. That category does not show up on any budget report (although it does affect the numbers in your Prepare Annual Budget tab).
You need to create your S-YM/YW JOINT category under one of the other budget categories (maybe Activities or Miscellaneous) and then transfer the expenses to that category.
