we need WIF password epire notificatons

who in our IT department of the church can we contact and how, to request them to add in the CNM system a means by which we can enable notifications so that when a buildings WiFi password is about to expire, we (STS) get notified of this. Right now, they just disable when it expires and it could be days or weeks before someone contacts me to say their network is down! As a work around, I have set a reminder in my phone calendar. but really this is should be a programmatically notification coded in our SNM system.

If you use the feedback link at the bottom of the main CNM page, your request will get to the proper managers for their consideration.

Currently, I use the same method you are using. I have a reminder in my personal calendar. I also change all of the meetinghouses at the same time, so I only have to worry about it every 90 days.
