12 yr olds still showing up on Primary Activities list.

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out why my 11 yr old's that moved out of Primary in January, are still showing on the Primary "Activity Day" list under "Class Assignments"? When I try to reset the field or edit and select something different, it does not allow me to. It does correctly show them as course 11, but right underneath it it says "Primary" under "Organization" and then "Primary Activities - Girls" or "Primary Activities - Boys" under "Class". There is an Asterix beside "Primary", and below reads "*out of default class assignment". I am unable to reset or edit this field.

I haven't been a Ward Clerk long. Any thoughts on how this can be fixed? See attached images showing one of the boys and one of the girls under the Class Assignment category.

Thanks for chiming in. Unfortunately I didn’t see a solution here. I am unable to edit, even as the ward clerk. My newly turned yw and ym are still showing as being in Primary Activities. I thought I’d ask here before opening a support ticket

I just submitted a support ticket. Since I am unable to edit or reset to fix this, it seems my options are extremely limited. If anyone else has ideas, I would love to hear them. I will keep thread updated for the sake of anyone else who has this issue in the future.
