Records were missing not sure if move out

We have a member (not active) since 2020 and noticed today (Feb 2026) that her record is not found in the list.
Move out records is also not found.
Is there another way to check and is it possible to see database if the member has move out her records to other ward or if records has been deleted

Those leaders with view membership permissions can view the LCR > Membership > Reports > Members Moved Out report to see if the member has moved and to what unit, or to address unknown. It will also show those who are deceased. It will not show if a record has been cancelled. If the member does not show on that report you can call the Global Services Department (GSD) for help. They will need some information about the member. The best information, if you have it, would be full name, MRN or birth date, and last known address.

Make sure the look-back period for the Members Moved Out report goes back far enough. The report opens with a look-back default of 1 month. Try farther back. The look-back periods are incremented one month out to twelve months.
