is there a setting in the Gospel Library app to permanently disable the auto-hiding menu bar in reading mode.

I don't use the Gospel Library "app" but I was able to permanently disable the menu bar in the web version of the scriptures by placing the following in my userContent.css file for Firefox:

The floating toolbar (highlighted in red) is now gone (for me):

Hopefully someone can figure out something similar for the "app".
