If you're an STS, you should receive a notification about the new Clerk Computer Asset Manager.
This seems to be primarily about inventory management and checking to see if all the machines are "checking in".
At the moment the task seems to be to verify if each machine is being used by the unit it's assigned to. (That is, if the inventory is accurate.)

Yes, I'm the Brisbane Australia North Stake Tech Specialist and I just received the comms about it.
Helpful to know which devices "should" be there.

Re: Clerk Computer Asset Manager
The tool appears to work for regular clerks, but for clerks serving outside of their home ward (stake clerk in a YSA Stake), the tool does not show any of those computers. The tool only works for clerks serving in their home wards / stakes.

It is a stake-level function. The STS is the person expected to maintain it.jdlessley wrote: Thu Nov 20, 2025 9:20 pm I am a ward clerk in the U.S. but do not have access to the tool.

Re: Clerk Computer Asset Manager
Exactly. I was pointing out to the previous post claim that "regular clerks" had access. If it had been true then I would have access, but as expected I did not.

I am the STS of my stake, and currently as of this post, when I go to "ccam.churchofjesushrist.org" it redirects to the Church's homepage (churchofjesuschrist.org). Has CCAM been fully rolled out or are they still working on it?

Re: Clerk Computer Asset Manager
I'm not sure. I knew about it because I received an email. If you didn't receive one, then perhaps it is in a roll-out.

Re: Clerk Computer Asset Manager
They started testing the site in August. After the test period they planned to make it "available to all stake and district clerks". I believe testing lasted a little longer than anticipated. It sounded as if they planned to roll it out to everyone at once. I got the email this week.beasttemplar wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 4:23 pm I am the STS of my stake, and currently as of this post, when I go to "ccam.churchofjesushrist.org" it redirects to the Church's homepage (churchofjesuschrist.org). Look carefully at your ccam URL. If that is what you really typed, it is missing a C and would have redirected as you indicated.
So picky, these computers.
