Hymn selection feature in gospel library, no longer working

For the past three weeks, I’ve noticed that the feature in the gospel library that allows bishopric and music coordinators to select hymns and have them displayed in the library for meetings is no longer working . I am able to select the hymns, but it does not save, and after I complete the selection, it still shows that no hymns have been selected for the meeting. Has anyone else run into this problem? Anyone have a fix?

I'm [name removed] from Moorabbin Ward ( Melbourne, Australia) Chorister. I have used my iPhone 12 Pro app (Version 17.4.1) to choose our sacrament meeting hymns. Our ward members can access it via their devices until two months ago. Now, I can't use it to save the hymns. I know there is a bug and have been waiting to see if anyone has a solution or if the tech people fixed it. It would be good if it were up and working again, as our congregation can access Sunday hymns during the week, so when they come to sacrament meetings, they're ready to sing along. Please note that this was an excellent add-on to the library app. Will love to be able to use it agin.

I’m finding the same issue on an iPad. I enter the numbers, but they don’t stick in the app. However the strange thing is, they are picked up in the app on my Android device

Same here. We can select hymns but they wont save. Our ward really liked having the hymns show up in the Library app. But no longer for over a month now.

The same issue is happening for me. I am the ward music coordinator and could previously put hymns in the app for our ward to see. For the past 5 weeks or so it hasn’t been working. I have an iPhone. I can select the hymns but it won’t save. However, when I talked to the bishopric, they were able to put the hymns in the app from their phones (not sure if they have iPhones or androids). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that hasn’t worked.

There is a problem with IOS that needs the church IT people to sort, had this from the help desk. Hopefully they will have a fix soon.

Is someone in tech support working to fix the bug in “add sacrament meeting hymn”?

I had an update to the Gospel library app that said this issue had been resolved. We shall see.
