Temple Appointments

Up until recently I have been able to create temple appointments on the website through my account. I have been going through the Rexburg ID temple, but for some reason the website doesn't give me the option to create an appointment online anymore. Help! I can keep calling but would prefer to set up appointments online if possible. Did I miss an update on the website?

There's a slim possibility that clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies might help. Trying to access it in incognito/private mode would be a quick test whether that would help.
