Our stake created a new ward by pulling from 3 existing wards
How do I help my Ward clerks pull from their records and push their members to a new Ward that’s been created in our stake? 7 wards total. We changed our boundaries from 3 of those Ward to create an 8th ward

In the old days there was a boundary realignment tool in MLS. I'm not seeing anything in the help center or the Wiki on how it's done now.
It's possible that as part of the realignment proposal that all the members have already been identified and someone just has to "push the button" to send them in bulk. DO NOT try to manually move them out one by one. You'll likely lose their contact information in the process and end up creating a mess.
If no one here comes up with an answer soon, I'd call GSD for instructions.

Interestinly, I found some direction in the Procedures for a Discontinued Ward: Instructions for Ward and Stake Clerks
Most of them won't apply, but a few, such as moving missionary charges do. There's a link to the tool in LCR.
There's also things that need to happen on the budget side. The new ward is going to get their funding from the allocation from the 3 existing wards until 3Q.
