I've been so frustrated for the past couple of weeks or so due to several issues. None of these issues send me a failure to sync notice.
1) After adding notes to Gospel Library on my Windows 11 laptop and then syncing, sometimes all notes show up on the laptop but only some will appear on my iPhone 14. For example, I'll add 15 notes in a particular chapter of scripture but only 10 of the notes appear on the iPhone after syncing. I've tried retyping the notes and then syncing again, but they still won't show up on the phone.
2) I sync the two devices, yet still the notes either sync partially or don't sync at all.
3) Sometimes upon opening Gospel Library on my laptop, all or some notes are missing, yet on my iPhone 14 they show up as being there. I've waited a couple of days or more to see if missing notes somehow return ... and sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. (Last night, I went to bed with ALL my notes there on both the laptop, and awoke this morning to find none on the laptop and some on the phone.
I'm not sure if this is all due to something I'm doing wrong (I'm not tech savvy), or if it's on their end. Perhaps I'm syncing it wrong?

Re: Syncing Issues & Notes Going Missing
Do all the notes that you expect show in Gospel Library Online in a web browser (Notes.ChurchofJesusChrist.org or Study.ChurchofJesusChrist.org)?
When you create a note on the Windows or iPhone app, after a few minutes* that note should sync up from Windows to the web browser, then after a few more minutes it should sync down to your iPhone (and other devices, if applicable).
Seeing if the note appears in the web browser can help narrow down what's causing the problem. For example, if you create a note in the Windows app, and it never shows in the browser, it means that the note never synced up from Windows, and it's likely a bug in the Windows app. If you create a note in the Windows app and it does show in the browser, but not on the iPhone, then the problem has to do with syncing down to iPhone, and it's likely a bug in the iPhone app. After determining which app has a problem (Windows or iPhone), you can try send feedback through that app to report the issue.
*In the iOS and Android apps, new or updated annotations sync up after 30 seconds of inactivity, and the app checks for annotation changes to sync down every 30 minutes while the app is open, or when the app is restarted. You can force a sync up or down by going to the Home section of the app and pulling downward (you should see a progress spinner that indicates that the app is syncing and checking for content updates). I don't know for sure how frequently the Windows app syncs, but I would expect it to be similar.

Re: Syncing Issues & Notes Going Missing
I've got to thank you, Brother Bradshaw, for not only helping us pinpoint the issue and direct us how to go about resolving it, but also for taking the time to explain in detail how the syncing process works. For a non-techy, it was very helpful! Bless you for being such a generous giver of your time and gifts!
