Same calling, not the same access
I had two sisters that have the same calling and have access to the ministering info that they need (in the Tools app, under "Reports"). A third sister was called and she has the same calling assigned but she doesn't have the access. We have been trying things for a few days now. The calling shows up for her but the "reports" tab doesn't show up and so she doesn't have access to the data she needs. Any suggestions on what we can do?

I may have solved it. The previous Ward Clerk added the calling and named it something else (it was a custom calling). I came in and they asked me about it so I added the right name but it still wasn't working. I just realized that it was still being shown as a Custom Calling even though it had the right name. I "released" her from that and then added the calling using the drop downs and so, my guess, is that now she will be right. We are just waiting for her to get home and test it.

There's a good chance you've solved the issue. But keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours for calling changes to reflect in the access rights.
Although, I am wondering what calling with ministering access allows 3 sisters to hold the same calling at the same time.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
