Can't access donations application/site

Every time I try to go to the donations app, I get a popup saying a valid email address in my account is required , but I do have an email address there and have gone through the verification process successfully. Has anybody seen this before and know the cause of it?

Just for grins, I did this on Firefox, Safari and Chrome; I run into the same problem no matter what.

I also added the address shortly before trying to access Donations.

I've seen it before after adding an email address, and if you wait a while if goes away.
