We have stake reorganization last month. Three wards came to our stake, one ward went out.
After this situation, the Zoom enroll website (meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/home/zoomenroll) changed something.
One ward's license has gone from Licensed and three wards' licenses available.
I want to assign a license again but it is unavailable, what I should do?
I tried to add one ward, selecting Unit and Email, an error comes as "An account with that email (Kasukabe.ward3@gmail.com) already exists"
I also tried sending information by clicking the site, but nothing happened.
Changing mail address does not help...
What is the next step?
