Historical list of Callings
Is there a place in MLS or elsewhere that our Bishop can go to find a record of the various callings that a member has served in?

The CDOL has a limited list. For higher calings , it can go back a few years. More common callings - not so much.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
