Can no longer switch between callings

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Can no longer switch between callings

I am both a Quorum Specialist and Stake Technology Specialist. Until recently, when I logged into the church account, I could swap my calling which would provide me access to the Technology Specialist content. I can no longer swap between callings and can no longer see any of the Technology Specialist pages - I only see the Quorum Specialist pages. Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this.

(I have cleared browser caches, used incognito, different browsers, tried mac vs windows vs iphone vs android, no luck)
