Formatting in Send a Message

Formatting in Send a Message
The formatting in SaM has been changed. I can no longer change the size or color of the text among other changes. Is this a permanent change, or some bug in the system?

The "undo" function or button seems to be missing, too. These changes make it seem like the tech is going backward.
