We completely rearranged RS ministering assignments last month, including hitting “review and publish” a couple of times – as we found errors that needs to be corrected. The ministering assignments themselves are showing the most up-to-date version, but the forms where we check off that we’ve done ministering interviews has not updated to the latest version (the version showing everywhere else).
What is currently showing on the interviews checklist is one of the versions along the way, not the final version where everyone is split into districts, etc. Is there something I’m missing to get the check off list to update to the current list? Hoping it’s not a delay to next quarter until updates will show on that ministering interviews list.
An additional wrinkle is that to help our not – tech – savvy presidency, I created companionships for the 150 sisters who would not be assigned as ministering sisters, pairing them up to get them to disappear from the list of unassigned sisters. Never intending for them to actually be ministers. I just wanted them to disappear from the list so the sisters could see who was still left and needed to be assigned. But now those 55 companionships are showing as not having ministering interviews. Oops. So hoping I don’t totally kill our statistics – I’d love for those 55 companionships to disappear before we submit the form. Both to not kill our statistics this quarter, but also just to not mess with the statistics if people look at them in the future.
