My Hone- access problem

My Hone- access problem

Trying to get to My Home and Leader Resources.

I can login, but when I go to MyHome it says:

[My Home - This Page is Currently Unavailable
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please refresh the page or try again later.

Refresh this Page]

My login is not working. It's been a couple of days.
I've cleared cache
I've attempted to login on the laptop and phone.
I've tried on my home wifi, mobile data and the church wifi

This same error is happening to two other family members, but one can login with no issue.

I would check with the clerk to see if your records are in the ward. It's possible they are "between wards" or have been sent to "address unknown".

Another possibility is that your account isn't associated with your record number. But I didn't know as that's likely in this situation.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

But this time "My Home" is working for me. It wasn't in that other thread.

I didn't check if it was working during my first response, but it is working for me now.
