Hello,
There are about 12 sisters in my ward who do NOT receive emails through the Church system. Their emails are correct in Tools. How can we correct this? They miss important emails from the bishop and from Relief Society.
I know there are some brothers as well, but I don't keep track of that list. I'm the RS secretary.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Emails not getting to several members
How are the messages being sent? Are they sent individually by clicking the email address in the Ward Directory and Map app or in Member Tools? Or is the Send a Message app in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) for group emails being used? Since you posted in the Ward Directory and Map forum I am guessing it is the former.

I'm using "Send a Message" app in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) for group emails. Even when the Bishop sends emails, they also don't go through to some of our sisters. The email services include many: @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @msn.com, @outlook.com.

I can't find answer on the first website you mention. Also, the tech wiki site link doesn't work.

Another thing to check is which email service provider the individuals are using? In my own ward, using church provided email sending services, we have issues with Hotmail and Outlook service providers!

The church can have problems with specific domains.
But since you're experiencing a problem with a large number of domains, the members should check their subscription settings. They need to log into https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org, select "Email Subscriptions" on the side, and make sure "Local Leader Email" is checked. If your ward has a leader who sends a lot of messages, members may have clicked the link at the bottom of the email to remove themselves.

How long have they been unable to receive the messages? Whoever is sending the emails to these sisters should get back an email from LCR that gives a report that includes failures if any. Do you or they get this message?Wens wrote: Mon Feb 16, 2026 6:00 pm There are about 12 sisters in my ward who do NOT receive emails through the Church system. Their emails are correct in Tools. The message should have a subject that looks like:
Code: Select all
Subject: Message confirmation: Test of delivery report.
Code: Select all
The recipients below were rejected by the server. Please verify their email addresses.

Since you have so many that are not receiving the messages, it might be possible for your ward clerk to contact GSD (Global Services Department) on their behalf and submit a case with a list of all of the failed addresses and request that they be removed from the suppression list. Otherwise, each individual member will need to contact GSD and request that their address be removed. Be aware that GSD will likely suggest that the members switch email addresses or to check email filters, or to contact the ISP, etc., none of which will be fruitful at making the current email address work (even though these are good things to check), so you, your clerk, or your members will have to be patient and persistent in pushing the request to a successful conclusion.

Do you or the bishop receive the LCR message report sent to you in your email? Do you yourself receive the messages sent via LCR?Wens wrote: Mon Feb 16, 2026 10:39 pm I'm using "Send a Message" app in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) for group emails.
