Send a message feature not working

Have any of you tried using the Send a Message feature in LCR recently? It won't let me send emails and errors out. It did the same thing last week too. I also tried from a computer rather than my phone and it still didn't work.

I sent a message using the tool and it worked as expected.

Will you be a little more descriptive about what "errors out" means? What exact error message is displayed to you and where do you see it?
