AgendaBuilder LDS – A Tool to Streamline Meeting Agendas

Hello everyone,

In my service as a branch presidency counselor, I consistently saw a specific administrative challenge: preparing clear, well-structured meeting agendas often took valuable time away from spiritual preparation and ministering. Discussions with other local leaders confirmed this was a widespread pain point.

To address this, I've been developing AgendaBuilder LDS. It is a straightforward web tool designed to:

Eliminate formatting work by providing templates for common Church meetings.

Reduce last-minute stress with a reliable, reusable structure.

Support inspired leadership by handling the administrative details efficiently.

Current Status: The core tool is in a late development stage and nearing completion. It is a personal, unofficial project that is currently being finalized.

I am sharing it here for two reasons:

For any leaders, clerks, or secretaries for whom this addresses a real challenge, I am building a list to notify when it becomes available.
