Technical Issue (Zoom not transferring to Meet-portal)
Due to a recently discovered technical issue, some events created in Zoom were not automatically transferred to Meet.churchofjesuschrist.org (Meet-Portal). If this has affected your church unit and you need these events available in the Meet-Portal for publishing on broadcasts.churchofjesuschrist.org or the Gospel Stream app, please delete and recreate the events in Zoom. We appreciate your understanding and the valuable service you provide to your local units.

Thanks for the heads-up. That explains why a few of our events didn’t show up on the Meet-Portal recently. I’ll go ahead and recreate the affected events in Zoom as suggested. Appreciate the clear instructions and all the work your team does to keep things running smoothly!

Having some problems with Zoom Webinar not showing up on Meet. I am a Ward and Stake Tech specialist. I was able to get the stake Zoom Webinar (Stake Conference) to show up, but the Ward Sacrament (re-occurring) will not. I have tried repeating the configuration of our Stake Conference with the ward account, but still does not show up on meet. Any help before 9AM Sacrament Meeting tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also having this same problem - new webinars I created this morning do not show up on meet.churchofjesuschrist.org

Our recurring meetings also will not show up in "meet". The only thing I can think of is that when I access "meet", I have to log into my account, but the account we use to set up the zoom webinar is an account we only use for zoom meetings. I was previously told this would not matter, as the zoom account is linked to the ward's "meet" ward listing.
Our previous Stake specialist has moved away and I'm told is not responding by another member.
Also, I can see the Stake's meetings in "meet", so I know I do have some level of access with my church account.

I'm having the same issue here in our ward. I've created the series of Zoom webinars for the whole year of 2026, repeating every Sunday at 11:30, but meet.churchofjesuschrist.org only has 7 of these listed, starting in February. I've got ward members texting me asking me for the zoom link.

Same. Created my Zoom webinars today for the year, and they didn't populate on meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. Just says "No Events Scheduled". I'll call services tomorrow, but would appreciate some help.

I'm having the same issue. When I searched for help, a forum came up with the same issue...from Jan 2025. I can only assume that every January when every ward is creating all of their meetings, it's crashing the site. Meet.church was giving me error messages yesterday. I am hoping just waiting a day or 4 will help it get caught up.

Looks like they fixed it. I am seeing my zoom webinars in Meet now
