I added faster erase methods for PCs as an alternative to the original instruction which is still included. These methods provide more reliable data wipe method that what was provided, as well as being much quicker to implement, respecting the time and efforts of those volunteering their valuable time. The other feedback I received from a STS was that the original 'Reset this PC' instruction did not work for him as no one knew the computer's password, at which point he didn't know what to do.
