Trouble signing in, PLEASE HELP!!!

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I'm trying to use my missionary account on another missionary's computer, but whenever you try to sign in, it just takes you to his email instead

During the sign-in process, does the system give you an opportunity to enter your ID instead of his?

If he has stay-signed-in enabled, can you have him disable it? He could enable it again after you are finished.

I'd suggest using incognito mode. That will "forget" his current login.

While you could log him out, there's a risk he might have difficulty remembering hot to log in again. Incognito is only until you close that session, so it's safer.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
