I have two units that failed to finish setting up their units zoom accounts when the invites were emailed out from meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. On the Meet site it shows both accounts as not being completed. When they click on the link to go to their account settings, it says the link is no longer active. They can log into their Zoom account, but both Zoom accounts show them to be the free basic version as a result of not finishing setting up. I went into Meet and tried to remove their licenses and it errors out and will not allow me to remove the licenses to submit new ones. How is the best way for me to fix this problem or do I need to contact Global Support?

You'll probably have to use feedback on the meet page - and then wait.
