Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
The change appears to update through the system overnight. A change made Saturday morning was not at Meetinghouse Locator late Saturday night, but it was there early Sunday morning.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
I updated ward start time changes for my entire stake on or about Jan. 4th. As of today, Jan. 14th, those changes show in the unit information, but they do not show in the meetinghouse locator information. Is there something more I need to do to get the changes updated other than just updating them in the unit information location?

I'm seeing the same thing. CDOL is updated, but Meetinghouse Locator is not.dwight16 wrote: Sun Jan 14, 2024 2:25 pm As of today, Jan. 14th, those changes show in the unit information, but they do not show in the meetinghouse locator information.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
Am seeing the same thing in our building. Our ward changed the times very early and is showing correctly in meetinghouse locator, but the other units do not, and they are all changed in the CDOL.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
I made our change on 31 December. It was displaying correctly in the Meetinghouse Locator on Monday afternoon and correctly in CDOL by the time I checked it on Friday, 5 January.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
With some of the changes (trying to upgrade legacy systems) there are some steps in the the syncing processes that don't all have proper notifications of those changes. We're seeing what we can fix in those problem areas.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
I'm having an issue with My Ward Page showing an incorrect time for Sunday School. It shows correctly 11:10am for "Sunday Service" (i.e. sacrament meeting), but shows 12:10pm for "Gospel Study," when it should show 10:10am. Note, we are the second ward in an A-B-A scheduled building, so our "Gospel Study" (Sunday School/Primary/YW/YM/RS/PH) happens before our sac mtg. Our "First Meeting" otherwise shows up correctly in LCR, CDOL, LDS Tools app, and Find a Church on the web. Any ideas as to why My Ward Page's Gospel Study time is not syncing with the others?

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
Our ward had the same problem on the public facing web page, and we had to send feedback on that page. It eventually got fixed, though it took a long time. The really odd part was that it was initially correct, then became wrong. Not sure what the methodology is they are using to feed the times on those public pages. The times are also in 24-hour format by the way, and I was told that is the way it is.

Re: Ward/Branch Meeting Time Update
Thanks for sharing that info, Gary. Our web page was also correct in 2024, but apparently got messed up sometime after we changed schedules in 2025. I have no issues with the 24-hour time format--it is what it is--although yes, it would be nice to be able to choose a format, given that most people in the US don't think in terms of a 24-hour clock. I put in a ticket with Tech Support 2 weeks ago or so on this issue. Still waiting for a response.
